OnePlus X has received a new minor OTA update that fixes the camera bugs. It is an incremental OTA update and weight just about 9.50 MB. Here we have the OTA to fix it. The OTA notification quotes “Hotfix patch: OxygenOS 2.2.0-X which includes a fix for the occasional image corruption issue when using OnePlus Camera”. You can find the OTA in the download section below.
To install this update, make sure you already have the OxygenOS 2.2.0 update and have stock recovery. You can install it using the stock recovery method or using adb sideload. For a tutorial, get to this page.
