Install Oxygen OS 3.1.3 on OnePlus 3 for Non-Rooted or Rooted Users: Download OTA Update
OnePlus 3 is a flagship killer of 2016 for its unbeatable specifications and hardware configuration. The OnePlus team has done a great job for manufacturing and putting a lot of effort into the OnePlus 3. Even though the OnePlus development team is looking forward to the Oxygen OS 3.1.4 for memory management fixes, enable sRGB mode etc., there is no word as to when the OTA will roll out. The OOS 3.1.3 is based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and not the latest Android N. However, it does contain the newer AOSP source. The new OTA update brings critical fixes like camera performance improvements, bug fixes with stock apps, etc. Check out the screenshot and head over to the download section below for the new O OS 3.1.3 and above. The Oxygen OS 3.1.3 OTA update and full firmware zip files are available for rooted as well as non-rooted users. So despite stock recovery or custom TWRP recovery, you can now update the OnePlus 3 to the version 3.1.3 and above. UPDATE: Oxygen OS 3.2.0 now available for OnePlus 3.

How to Install Oxygen OS 3.1.3 on OnePlus 3 with ADB sideload method? [Non-Rooted Users/Stock Recovery]
This is the manual method for installing the OTA zip file on most of the Android devices. Alternatively, you can try the stock recovery method. However, this method may not work with every device. hence, the above method works for all the non-rooted users with stock recovery installed. How to Install Oxygen OS 3.1.3 on OnePlus 3 with TWRP? [Rooted]
