Download OnePlus 5 custom Kernel Sources and Device Trees
The main attraction of this post is OnePlus 5 device trees and kernel sources; which are now available for download officially from OnePlus software development team. This means it won’t take long for developers to build the official TWRP recovery, custom ROMS like Lineage OS 14.1, Resurrection Remix 5.8.3, Paranoid Android based on 7.1.2 Nougat firmware update.
A thing to note about OnePlus devices is that it wouldn’t void the warranty if you root, unlock the bootloader, or even flash a custom ROM onto OnePlus 5. So the development and support is good with these phones.
