Google Maps Go APK now available for download on Play Store

Google recently announced a new operating system named Android Go ever since the launch of 8.0 Oreo. Android Go Oreo Edition sources were released with the official release of 8.1 Oreo. The Android Go OS is basically designed for low end smartphones with RAM less than 1 GB or even a low level processor like MediaTek. In order to support the new Android Oreo Go Edition, Google started rolling out Go apps which are extremely light weight. The latest one on the Play Store right now is the Google Maps Go.
The best part about Maps Go is that it comes in a small package size of 0.09 MB or 92 KB. This makes the Maps Go APK super light and faster to operate. This could be achieved because the app basically runs in your Chrome browser. It means it does not require any apps to operate. The functionalities and features are all the same as that of the original Google Maps. So no need to maintain another app for Maps. Being a browser app, the transition is smooth and almost no load on the system or battery.
First we had the YouTube Go, then the Google Go which acted as a search engine, then came Files Go which is a file manager, and finally we see a Google Maps Go which is a Maps alternative. You can try all the Go apps right now. See the download section below.
