Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy unpacked event set for August 11, 2021, will feature a new series of foldable phones. The device-maker will launch a successor to the stunning Fold 2 and Flip 2 called the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3. We already have the Galaxy Z Fold 3 wallpapers posted in our previous post. As it is a foldable phone, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 will feature two screens. A foldable 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED inner screen with a resolution of 2636 x 1080 and a pixel density of 425ppi. It has a layer of UTG (Ultra-Thin Glass) as well. The cover screen is a hard glass display fixed at 1.9-inch diagonally.
According to sources, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 888 chipset, and Adreno 660 GPU. A single high-performance Kryo 680 Prime (ARM Cortex-X1) core clocked at 2.84GHz, three Kryo 680 Gold (Cortex-A78) cores clocked at 2.42GHz, and four efficiency Kryo 680 Silver (Cortex-A55) cores operating at 1.8GHz.
The device will come in 8GB of RAM and 256GB of built-in storage options upgradeable up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage capacity and no support for a microSD card. The phone features a 3,300mAh battery with 15W charging. It has a USB-C port, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, GPS, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.0.
As for the camera, the Infinity-O display camera, an internal selfie camera, sits at 10MP resolution. Whereas, the external dual-camera system comprises 12MP lenses each.
