Download Google Wallpapers App to apply Pixel 6 Live Wallpapers

On a normal or non-Pixel Android device, use the Google Wallpapers app to view and apply live wallpapers on home screens and lock screens.

However, if you are using a Google Pixel device with Android 11 or lower, or a Pixel Experience ROM where an older version of Google Wallpapers app is installed, get the latest Wallpaper app from below.

  • First, Setup ADB a on Windows, Linux, Mac OS easily for Android Developemnt
  • Launch a command prompt or terminal window where ADB is installed.
  • Enter the following in cmd or terminal
    • adb shell: pm uninstall --user 0 http://com.google.android.apps.wallpaper
    • adb shell: pm uninstall -user0 http://com.google.pixel.livewallpaper
  • This will uninstall the previously installed Wallpapers app.
  • Download an install the latest Google Wallpapers APK from Android 12 here.
  • Launh the wallpapers app and install the above Live wallpapers package.
