Google is about to launch the highly anticipated Pixel 9 series devices. The search giant will launch Google Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, and Pixel 9 Pro Fold smartphones in the Made By Google event held on August 13, 2024. Most of the specifications have already been leaked, including the images. Google will also announce their new Android 15 firmware update along with the new AI feature that will come with Gemini for Pixel 9 series. One thing we know for sure is that the Pixel 9 series will be packed with AI, similar to the iOS 18, which launched earlier this year.

In terms of memory, the Pixel 9 will offer options of 128GB or 256GB of internal storage paired with 8GB of RAM, utilizing UFS 3.1 technology for faster data access.

The camera system is another highlight, featuring a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP wide lens and a 50MP ultrawide lens, complemented by an 11MP front camera designed for high-quality selfies. This time around, the Google Pixel 9 Pro seems truly a Pro worthy upgrade over the base Pixel 9 as it features some advanced specifications. It is expected to feature a slightly larger 6.34-inch LTPO OLED display, boasting a QHD resolution and a pixel density of approximately 494 ppi.

This display also supports a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+, making it ideal for media and gaming alike. Like its counterpart, the Pixel 9 Pro will be powered by the Google Tensor G4 chipset, ensuring top-tier performance. The Pixel 9 Pro will offer more robust memory configurations, with options for 12GB or 16GB of RAM and storage variants of 256GB, 512GB, or even 1TB, utilizing UFS 4.0 technology for rapid data transfer speeds.

The camera capabilities are significantly enhanced, featuring a triple rear camera system that includes a 50MP wide lens, a 48MP ultrawide lens, and a 48MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom. The front camera will be a 42MP sensor, designed to capture detailed selfies.
