BGMI, the popular battle royale game exclusive to India, is making a big announcement with its latest update, version 3.3.1. The update takes players on an underwater adventure with the introduction of the Ocean Odyssey themed mode. Set to roll out starting today, August 15, 2024, this update brings a wave of fresh content and improvements; possibly celebrating the Independence Day!

BGMI will receive PUBG Mobile’s Ocean Odyssey Theme Mode. The Ocean Odyssey mode introduces stunning underwater environments and gameplay mechanics. Players will explore the mysterious Ocean Palace, dive into treasure-filled Forsaken Ruins, and wield powerful new weapons like the mythical Trident. PUBG Mobile 3.3.0 update also introduces significant changes to other game modes, including a major overhaul of Metro Royale with its new Zombie Uprising mode. How to Install APK + OBB?

Method 1. Install using file manager

  • Download and extract the zip file from above.
  • Launch a file manager or file explorer and go to the location of the folder.
  • First, install the BGMI APK.
  • Launch BGMI.
  • It should start downloading OBB files automatically.
  • It should create a proper OBB folder.
  • If not, search for the OBB file from inside the folder named main.xxxxx.com.pubg.imobile.obb
  • Move by Copy and Paste the OBB file under Android > OBB > com.pubg.imobile folder. Then launch the BGMI app again
  • Launch the game again.

Method 2. Install using SAI Installer

  • Download the ZIP file to phone storage.
  • Download and install either SAI (direct download SAI-4.5.apk) or the Apktool M installer.
  • Launch SAI Installer and locate the zip file.
  • Select the zip file and click install.
  • Select all the options.
  • Launch the game and enjoy!
