ChatGPT Advanced Voice Mode Arrives Today, How to Enable Instantly
Open AI announced ChatGPT-4o (omni) for free and plus users. With this new model, came the voice mode where users can talk to ChatGPT in natural language. Soon, the AI firm announced Advanced Voice Mode, which is now rolling out to plus users and soon to free users. All that remains to be seen is the Video Chat feature.
Open AI has been teasing advanced voice mode for several months now, and officially enables for everyone in the latest ChatGPT update both stable and beta channel. However, you need a plus subscription in order to access Advanced Voice Mode.
What is Advanced Voice Mode and its features?
OpenAI’s Advanced Voice Mode enabled the user to have natural conversations with ChatGPT with 9 new voices.

- Senses and responds to humor, sarcasm, and more.

Open AI also states that Advanced Voice is in a beta build. It may make mistakes, and access is subject to change. Audio and video content will be used to train our models. You can opt out of training, and the alpha, by disabling ‘improve the model for everyone’ in settings.
Many users are seeing the invite to try advanced Voice Mode. However, you will need a plus subscription. Once you see the camera icon, you will know that the advanced Voice Mode is activated.
