One UI 7 Beta 4 Update Available For Galaxy S24 Series With Long List of Bug Fixes
Samsung Galaxy S24 series has an active One UI 7 beta program featuring Android 15 and integrated with the latest Galaxy AI functions. However, something went wrong with the software development cycle and the fourth (most likely final) beta was delayed. This is until today, the One UI 7 beta 4 rolled out featuring a long list of bug fixes and improvements including animations.
One UI Beta 4 may very well be the final update in the One UI Beta Program, as it comes with only two new features and several bug fixes. According to reports, One UI 7.1 will integrate more features into One UI.
The beta 4 comes with build number ZYBA and is currently live in India. United States for Unlocked and locked T-Mobile variants will roll out later this week. Other countries will soon follow.
As for what’s new, the update added Al Filter and Samsung Log in Camera app! The AI filter may be similar to TikTok’s glamour & bold filter.
The Samsung camera also gets Log format for video recording on Galaxy S24 ultra. You will finsd an option to record in log format to the camera preview under Camera settings > Advanced video options. Log format captures a wider dynamic range for more flexibility when editing. To record in log format, both this setting and the option on the Camera preview need to be turned on. Log videos will look flat and grey until you correct their colour in Gallery.
Select between two modes to add the log recording option to:
- Pro video mode only
- Video and Pro video modes
will help diagnose bugs with Samsung camera. Users may be able to send logs to the software development team for bug fixes.
It also fixed UI error of lock screen and AOD, alongside fix for quick panel UI issues. The update finally fixed the long-lasting problem of stuttering when releasing fingerprint. How to Download One UI 7 Beta 4?
- Download the latest Samsung members app update from Play Store.
- Launch the app.
- Head over to the notice section and you should see a new One UI Beta Program link.
- Once you enroll into the beta program, head over to settings > system updates > download OTA updates.
Alternatively, download the One UI 7 OTA update zips or full ROM zips and install it in any country.
