Samsung has officially begun rolling out the stable One UI 7 update for its Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra devices, bringing with it a polished Android 15 experience, powerful AI features, and system-wide refinements. After just two beta builds, the new firmware version S908BNKSU7FYD9 is now available for download with OTA update and manual sideload installation.

As we reported earlier, Samsung to skip One UI 7 Beta Program for Galaxy S22 and S21 Series devices, abd directly release the stable version. The rollout seems to be happening right now as One UI 7 stable firmware update just hit the Galaxy S22 Ultra in South Korea. The rollout for regions like the United Sates, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Poland, the U.K., and India will begin later this week. So stay tuned!

However, users globally can get it on any of your Galaxy device using the OTA update zips or full ROM zips listed below. As this is the official firmware, Samsung Pay, Google Wallet, and banking apps are working fine. It also does not remove data or trip Knox. Play integrity is passing and device is certified as well.

Before installing:

  • Backup your data with Samsung Smart Switch or cloud services.
  • Ensure your current firmware is on Android 14 stable build EYB1 to -> FYD9 Android 15.

🛠️ Installation Methods for One UI 7

Method 1: ADB Sideload (No Data Loss)

  1. Enable Developer Options:
    • Go to Settings > About Phone > Software Information.
    • Tap Build number 7 times to unlock Developer Options.
    • Enable USB Debugging.
  2. Install ADB on PC:
  3. Reboot to Recovery Mode:
    • Use adb reboot recovery command.
  4. Apply Update from ADB:
    • Rename the OTA file to .zip.
    • Run adb sideload update.zip.

Installation should complete in 5–10 minutes. No root, no Knox trip.

Method 2: SD Card Method

  1. Download the .bin file and rename it to update.zip.
  2. Place it in the root directory of your SD card.
  3. Reboot to Recovery Mode:
    • Power off device.
    • Hold Volume Up + Power while connected via USB or AKG earphones.
  4. Choose Apply update from SD card, select update.zip.
  5. Once complete, your device will reboot into One UI
